By installing, accessing, or using this application (“App”), you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Description of the Service
The App is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension designed to assist with:
- Debt tracking and management
- Customer communication workflows
- Automated reminders and notifications
- Reporting and collection insights
The App does not provide legal advice and does not act as a licensed debt collection agency unless explicitly stated.
3. Eligibility and Compliance
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including:
- Privacy laws (e.g., Australia Privacy Act / NZ Privacy Act)
- Debt collection and fair trading laws
- Ensure that any communications generated via the App comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
You are solely responsible for how the App is used in your organisation.
4. Microsoft Platform Dependency
This App:
- Operates within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Is subject to Microsoft’s terms and platform availability
We are not responsible for:
- Microsoft service outages
- Platform limitations or API changes
5. Customer Data
5.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data processed through the App.
5.2 Processing
The App processes data within your Business Central environment.
We do not access your data except:
- As required for support (with your consent)
- Where required by law
5.3 Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Data accuracy
- Lawful use of personal and financial information
- Obtaining consent where required
6. Privacy

7. Acceptable Use
You must not use the App to:
- Harass, intimidate, or unlawfully pressure debtors
- Send misleading or deceptive communications

- Email systems (e.g., Outlook)
- Other Business Central modules
- External services (if applicable)
We are not liable for third-party services or integrations.
9. Fees and Licensing
Use of the App is subject to:
- AppSource licensing terms
- Any applicable subscription or usage fees
Failure to pay may result in:
- Suspension or termination of access
10. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with Pryme Matters AU Pty Ltd.
You are granted a:
- Non-exclusive
- Non-transferable
- Limited license
to use the App for internal business purposes.

- Recovery of debts

12. Limitation of Liability

- Failure to collect debts
- Regulatory penalties resulting from your use of the App
Our total liability is limited to:
The amount paid for the App in the preceding 12 months
